Rapid Prototyping and Insert Molding
Client's original product assembly utilized an operator and four parts.

We conceptualized, designed, and prototyped (FDM and Molded), this project for an automotive bracket that was assembled on line from four different parts. We combined them into one injection molded COMPOSITE part, resulting in a substantial savings of both material, and labor cost for the client.
